  Main supplier for Time-stamps is recovering. eSign Service will continue to operate with the temporary backup until 6:00 PM CEST, then it will switch back to the main Time-stamp Autority service.

  We activated a temporary backup for the Time-stamp Authority. The eSign Service is now operational. Abbiamo attivato un backup temporaneo per la marcatura temporale dei documenti. Il servizio eSign adesso è di nuovo operativo.

• Investigating

  An outage of the Time-stamp Authority managed by one of our suppliers is causing degraded performances in the eSign service. Users wont' be able to complete signature processes. We are working with the supplier in order to fix the inconvenience. Un'interruzione del servizio di marche temporali gestito da uno dei nostri fornitori sta causando un rallentamento nel servizio eSign. Gli utenti non saranno in grado di completare i processi di firma. Stiamo lavorando con il nostro fornitore per risolvere il problema.
